The ACG is located in the northwest of Costa Rica. The AdministrativeArea is located in the Santa Rosa sector (which used to be Santa Rosa NationalPark), whose entrance is 35 km northwest of the city of Liberia or 24 kmto the south of La Cruz, following the International Highway.
